Most people will never find a successful project, because quite simply, they just don? know what it is they?e looking for.
It? a bit like setting out on a car journey, without a clue where you?e going, and then getting upset because you didn? get there.
A mystery tour? fine, if that? what you really want, but not if you?e expecting (or desperately need) a definite, predictable, and positive outcome.

It seems to me that many are looking for the holy grail of businesses, that all elusive opportunity that will knock them off their feet, in a whirlwind of enthusiasm, catapulting them into some magical profitable place.

But that? a millions to one chance, akin to winning the lottery, and the reality to that, is that everyone looses the lottery every week, accept for that lucky sole with the winning ticket, and even then, there can be many weeks with no winners at all.
So do you want to live your life like this, week in, week out, knowing deep-down that you?e always going to be one of those losers?
Wouldn? you much rather know that you will be a winner every week?
Well that can only happen if you have a plan, (...) , a plan that you have personally and meticulous developed, and one that you follow religiously, day-in, day-out.
It has to be YOUR plan.
Creating and setting-up a new successful business is a full-time job, which generally takes much more hard work and dedication than working for someone else in a regular job.

IS IT THIRSTY? A bit, at an E.P.A. rating of 17 m.p.g. in town and 25 highway, but on par with similar performance hatchbacks.
A serious weight-reduction program would improve almost every aspect of the Ralliarts dynamic capabilities. The car comes in at nearly 3,600 pounds, and that negatively affects everything from handling to fuel economy. Shoppers should also take note that as a performance model, the Ralliart carries less warranty coverage than the vanilla Lancers: 3 years or 36,000 miles basic coverage (vs. 5 years/60,000 miles for ES and GTS Lancer Sportbacks) and powertrain coverage of 5 years/60,000 (vs. 10/100,000).
The Ralliart dwells in a readily justified middle ground in Mitsubishis line of Lancer Sportbacks, as the four-door hatches are called, a tall leap up from the 148-horsepower ES ($17,755). It falls well below the top-dog Evolution (at $34,755, nearly twice the cost of the base model).
WHAT IS IT? A civil sibling of the Lancer Evolution.
But lets keep things in perspective: this is a car whose every sound and touch urge the driver to push a little harder, brake a little later, rev the engine a little higher. In my hands it would rarely see 20 m.p.g., I suppose, but Id be grinning all the way to the gas station.
Not that the Ralliart is a 98-pound weakling, getting desert sand kicked in its face by the boy-racer set. Sure, its 237 horsepower falls well short of the Evos 291 horses, and it lacks the fancier suspension bits that give the evil Evo its go-kart handling licks. No matter. For the reality of the roads I usually drive, the Ralliarts power is easily sufficient (zero to 60 in 5.5 seconds, according to Motor Trend) and it does have the same 6-speed twin-clutch transmission as its big brother has, as well as a price tag some $6,000 friendlier.
The interior is dressed up with sporty touches like aluminum pads on the foot pedals, and Mitsubishi provides its FUSE hands-free system to link your personal electronics with the car. Theres 13.8 cubic feet of cargo space, expanding to 46.6 with the back seats folded.
TESTED 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback Ralliart
The Ralliart does not get the Evos exterior embellishments, like fender bulges and vents, but it does have the important equipment: all-wheel drive, naturally, and 18-inch Yokohama tires. The drivetrain incorporates limited-slip differentials front and rear, and a console switch for the computer-controlled center differential offers settings for paved road, gravel or snow.
All that can be forgiven once youre on the road. The steering is fast and direct, though it could use more feedback. Same story on the brakes: competent, but buyers in this class might appreciate more feel. Id also take a bit more feedback from the notably smooth engine in the form of more rasp from the dual-exhaust pipes.
